I am moving on February 17th. I don't know how long it will be before my current house is sold, but I know that starting sometime next week and for an indeterminate period, I'll own two.

I had a woman in today to look at my place and she seemed very promising. Prequalified. Serious. And now we haggle.

I keep going back and forth on whether or not I should hold some sort of bye-bye party to my house. Something that has no furniture, no glasses, just beer in cans and a garbage bag. Maybe a laptop and some speakers for music. Your thoughts?
