When the men in my family of the generation prior to mine were nearing age 30, the women argued over who would have the black balloons and Over The Hill paraphernalia.* Age 30. Does that mean that I am over the aforementioned hill? Was my family incorrect regarding the precise location of the hill's crest? Did it move?
* If you're interested, Aunt Mary won. That's "aunt", rhyming with "taunt", not "rant" or "ree-aint".
